RETURN POLICY – SHREE SHIVA CRYSTALS

1. Eligibility for Return & Damage Claims

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:

Incorrect item received
Product received in physically damaged condition

IMPORTANT:

Unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or missing product.
Video must begin from the unopened parcel and clearly show the entire unboxing process.

2. Natural Crystal Disclaimer

Crystals may have natural inclusions, lines, or internal fractures. These are not defects.
Color fading may occur if exposed to water, direct sunlight, or chemicals.
Such changes are natural and not covered under return or warranty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, energized, or programmed crystals
Numerology/Vastu-based remedies
Used or worn products
Products returned without unboxing proof

4. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return/damage request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

5. Return Process

Once approved, send the item in original packaging.
After inspection, refund or replacement will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
